Shades of the 1980's Capri. My brother had a bubble-back version with the high output V-8 & a 5 speed - 83 I think. Waddafarkincar! That thing was FUN with the short wheelbase. Then, with 230k on the clock he was on his way home from work & it got crushed when he was rear-ended by a full size van.  He was lucky to be alive as the van just ran up & over his car. He had to be cut out of it with the 'jaws of life'. Oh, well. He was thinking about trading it in anyway.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
