I drank roughly a gallon of water today, and sweated most of it out. oh, and i went for a run this morning figuring i was gangsta enough to pull it off - almost barfed. 1999 Silver Frost SVT #609 of 2760 Quaife, lightened SVT Flywheel, SPEC stage II clutch, removed resonator, k&n drop in - various other goodies too.
