So sure enough my egr passage was blocked. This did solve my check engine codes. I am still although less than before experiencing some bucking or jerking particulary when driving up hill. It happens in multiple gears so im not sure if it is transmission related. But like i mention earlier I have no CEL so i dont know where to look to solve the problem. Any ideas?
