Yes, the IMRC is the metal box under the plastic valve cover cover that says 24V... I didn't get a chance to clean the conection and such (this weekend was very hectic for me), but I plan on doing so today. The reason I don't think that the cable is broken and that the secondaries themselves aren't stuck is because before it goes out, it will open, then flutter a few times and then just quit trying and give up. That tells me that the secondaries aren't really sticking since they are opening... then when the car cools off even for a few minutes and I drive it again, it will work fine for a while again.
