that's what everything boils down to.... anything is only worth what someone will pay...
who cares what books say or what things aprraise for...you have to find someone to buy it (appraisals and NADA, KBB are only a ref as to what people have been paying for similar things.)
Decide what it is worth to you and then go offer it. If they don't take, there will always be what you want for the price depending on how patient you are.
