I find it hard to be sympathetic though. Just last week a woman was attacked 60 miles from here. Lost several of her fingers. Personally, I think it is the one breed you should have to have a license to own. Just like you would with a dangerous exotic animal.
I don't agree with puppies being killed in what I assume from the post is a pretty horrific manner. Don't get me wrong. I just can't sympathize or empathize over the death of a pit bull.

Sounds like the story about the puppies that were Euthanized in I think Longview. They were only 8 weeks old and somebody took them to the shelter and that night they were done for.

why not? the problem is not with the breed. the problem is with the people who own them and train them to fight.

I agree, I never had a problem with my pitbull. I hope they find the person(s) responsible for this.

i cried  no animal deserves to be treated like that.... i have encountered a few pitbulls and NONE of them were mean. i had a 4.5 pound maltese that was more ferocious than you'd even think of!!!! R.I.P. to those poor babies
