If you get the time try wet sanding your headlights. I just did mine a few weeks ago and they look brand new.
Start with 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper and gradually work your way down to 1500 grit. Then use a sanding polish and some wax to seal the deal. A little cheaper than buying new ones.
