I fail to see this officer's logic:
White Van blows through Construction Zone
White Van ignores emergency lights, Evades
White Van,
pulls over a short distance down the road, and waits?
Why would you pull over? To wait?
Clearly illogical. Doesn't make sense, and it won't to a court either.
I'd fight it.
