I got my whole car painted for $1100. No problems with it.
They gave me a tour of the shop and they were very nice.
BTW- came in 2nd place at Import Wars, New England Dragway.
2000, thats a ripoff. A bodyshop should paint the front,rear, and sides for $1000 or less. Anymore and its a ripoff.
