You will need to remove the coil pack, to access the fuse. One end goes to the alternator and the other goes to the starter and from the starter to the battery. Its hard to keep track of the wires but with the intake off its a bit easier.
Actually, I have neither motor (or the car) any more, but remembered the Mega Fuse. The old-skool approach was to let the wire itself be a fusible link, but I'd much rather use an easily replaceable fuse.
