You say you grabbed them from a zetec, so I'm geussing you have a zetec. But for what it helps, on a duratec... You will need to remove the coil pack, to access the fuse. One end goes to the alternator and the other goes to the starter and from the starter to the battery. Its hard to keep track of the wires but with the intake off its a bit easier.
