More specifics. What UIM/LIM/TB did you swap to? What did you swap from? SE to SVT I'm assuming? Did you replace with all new gaskets? Just relax, and check everything out that you un-did. Is everything connected?:

Fuel rail and injectors?
EGR?
IAC?
Is everything in your intake track snug?
If you swapped to an SVT T/B, did you switch the cables and linkage out as well? How about the TPS? The SE and SVT use different throttle position sensors.

What is the car doing? You said it cranked about an inch? What happens after you try to crank it after that? Any noises?
