The weather in Houston and Galveston will be hot with very high humidity (deoderant and even Goldbond will not help), the beach water is BROWN and lets not forget the seaweed that is EVERYWHERE. Don't even get me started on tourist stuff. Rent a fishing boat go out past 2 water color changes and you might enjoy yourself.

Yes, the water in Galveston has been getting progressively worse and it has been years since I actually got in the water. And Houston has grown so much it's easy to forget that there are many surrounding cities. Geez, Sugar Land was rated the # 3 Best Place to Live by Money magazine but I'd still consider it a suburb of Houston. League City also ranked high on their list, another city within a rocks throw of Houston.
And this really should be discussed in SC-CEG since there isn't much else going on in there.
