Are you buying a car just to buy a car (it kind of seems that way)?
Do you have any other options besides these dealerships that cater to military personnel? (ie buying a car next time you are in the lower 48 and bringing it back to Germany with you?)
It seems that a lot of what you have been looking at all have problems with them, and it sounds like at least a few have been abused. Nothing worse than inheriting someone elses problems
