I asked if it really takes 4 hours to do the job and he said he would look into it. He also said I was a good customer and he would help me out with the cost of the labor. Jeezus H frickin Christo! $80/hr seems more reasonable but then again this is the bay area and those mechanics need to own a home and a boat
