carrot_top, that's nice that you posted some poor woman's full name, location, registration and bank loans on a public site for Google to spider and the world to see.
Good that you have access and want to / can help significantly, but info like this needs to stick to PMs (or not be shared at all, which I assume you have a contractual obligation with working with the DMV).
