now that my jetta is gone (miss her already  ), i am in need of a new car. this next car will not be a daily driver, as i have 2 ford escorts for that purpose. it will be a fun car, for weekends only. since i am about to graduate college, i don't want anymore debt than i will already be battling (Sallie Mae can suck my shlong). for that reason, i want to pay cash for it. i've only got about $11,000 in free cash on hand i can spend on it. i know that's not a LOT of money, but it's all i can really afford to spend without going into debt (not a big fan of that option  ). so, any suggestions? ~Andrew

Some sort of convertible. A Miata might be the only good convertible you can get for that money though.

but on a more serious note... i have a 95 SHO i will sell you for $2500.

Personally, I'd want a brand new car as my "for pleasure" car, and your $11,000 ain't gonna hack that, so you're gonna have to go with used.

should i just save up money then? i don't HAVE to get another car right now (as i already have 2 escorts to drive around in). i'm not the best with these kind of decisions .
