Well they are based on Ford's platforms and are included in their pricing plans to an extent. (They have there own name for the plan, but if you get a Ford discount you get one for Mazda, so the stake must be high enough)
Not to mention Mazda using a ford engine or two. Hell I'll help this dom mag idea anyway i can.
