Btw, using the Cotter Pin Extractor gets a little tricky if you have big hands or a hand that isn't steady (or patient for that matter -_-). I would recommend using a small drill bit to just break the black clips and then you woud have to use either angled plyers or something that would help you BREAK that reflector into many small pieces, small enough to fall outta the hole. Then use clear silicone to seal the holes.
