Kink the throttle cable? Are you high?

You dont condone troubleshooting your car on your own? its.... Redneck?????????

Do you take your car to the mechanic to have all of your maintenance checks done because looking under the hood on your own would be too much of a hick? How do you ever fill up your gas by yourself???

Man, just.. step away from the pipe, and leave the rest to everyone else... okay?

Not "condoning" something... as if its not safe. Its okay, man. you can just say it.

There... don't you feel better?

Ok. So I fired the car up and revved it up. First, it starts shuddering at about 3k. Sort oflike its banging off a rev limiter. You can rev through it by pouring in more fuel. Once it gets to about 4 the secondaries open. You can see the dial move, the bar and you can feel the motor change.

Whether it fails later due to heat, I cannot say. I'll probably do the move as suggested by Tony earlier.

Now, what of this bucking? I read in another thread about the fuel pump. Could also be plugged cats? Its up to date on maintenace. Plugs/wires/filters/etc.

Further thoughts?

Scott
