Looks like my idea was shot down by my mom. She said she would have considered it more if the house was in her name. But with it being in my deceased Grandpa's name, if anything happened, oopsy!
Edit: If I bring a big bowl of tuna macaroni you fools need to eat it all so it doesn't go to waste. I think Pete ate the most! (only because I heard how much he likes the noodle  )
