No. As said, there is a database of stolen junk (honduh parts). They go into stoeln honduh parts database and tpey in stuff and up comes information that says stolen stuff. Then they go from there.
I don't really like most cops, and don't like all laws, but what they're doing there seems aight. Helping out people that get their junk stoled and maybe making a few people think twice before haveing mass races. ... It ain't that hard to have good races and stay outta trouble, if they can't do that, they need to get in trouble. They should make the laws tougher there. Take em to Rice Impound.
