There were 2 pumps in 99. The return style in the earlier cars and the returnless in the late 99's, which is what you need. IIRC, the stock return style pump is alot cheapers than the returnless, so I'd guess thats what he's quoting for $140. Just get the FSVT sending unit, or a stock replacement sending unit from spmotorsports.com. I believe they sell them for $100.
