So I log into my amex account today just to see what my balance is, and what do i see??

A $700 PAYMENT THAT I DIDN'T SEND!!!!!

Not only did i not send this money to the person it shows on my paypal account, but i never received any payment recepts from paypal about this transaction! So, I have no idea WTF happened...but i filed a claim with paypal, and with AMEX. So, now I have no AMEX card (which is my primary card) because they are sending me a new one, and I have had to change all passwords for online emails, and credit card/banking access because i do not know which one this person(s) had access to.

And the paypal account is gone once this is settled.

Couldn't come at a worse time as i'm stressing the hell out over some other things i don't care to go into.

2 years ago someone swiped my reissue visa out of my mailbox and ran up a 2k charge, and now here we go again!
