Weird. I have had my Actron 9135 show that as "Not Applicable" ever since I bought it 2 years ago (and yesterday when I tested for CEGer 337). And I passed the OBD II smog check (not tailpipe) in May with it saying Not Applicable for EVAP.
On my Contour, it shows "Not Ready" for the I/M monitors which are not ready and "Ready" for the ones that are ready on the Actron 9135. Yes, I know there are codes relating to the fuel lines and gas cap/evaporative emissions for OBD II but hey, who knows; this is a Contour.
