They say 1 liter of oil and 250ml of "methoxide". I know it is for test batches and whatnot, but over at those boards it seems to be a 4:1 ratio, oil to alcohol. I don't know if you can get a complete reaction with less. But I have never done it, just read a lot. I could very well be mistaken.
