Do your research, they pay that much because of taxes. We can complain because all our money is going to oil monopolies who have played us for fools on the commodity markets...Euro's Taxes that pay for amazing roads that are always in great shape and public transportation systems that function for the majority of the population.
Give me high speed rail-lines and a decent public transportations system and I'll sell my car
