I say stay out of it, you're better off. She isn't your sister- but I imagine it' aggravating since you see your buddy every day. A girl from my first job wanted to date me and she was 16/I was 19. I didnt like her, but she lived around the corner so I went swimming there. The toopics of discussion were uber retarded; things that you'd imagine kids that age would be raving about. I couldn't stand it.

Hit the nail on the head. These girls were such high school drama queens sometimes, and then blamed it on me 
I refuse to date girls who are younger than I am now- in fact, I look for girls a few years older than I am. I feel girls my age just can't figure themselves out- with plenty of experience to back that up.
