i also get alot of that sleep paralysis stuff too. freaks me out.
while, dreaming, in REM sleep, your body is actually paralyzed, you can't move. might have something to do with it
Yeah i know...like it usually happens when i have one of those dreams that jolts me awake, but doesn't completely wake me up...so i go to move and can't - so then i panic and struggle as hard as i can to do something simple like lift my arm and it fades after a few seconds. I know what it is and why it happens but i always get freaked out by it.
