I don't think the wheels are too bad. Better than any stockers at least. Think about putting an SVT front bumper on her. They look amazing on the Mystique! Despite what people may tell you, the SVT front WILL fit with minimum/no modification. My project SVT front came off a Mystique. Almost didn't buy it because I thought it had been chopped and molded, but it hadn't. Congrats on your new ride! But for now I would get the side skirt taken care of, maybe get a set of the SVT sides since they are cheaper than the non SVT skirts ()and clear up the headlights. Maybe spray some night shades on the tails to bring out the tint. I agree the paint looks great! Keep up on the waxing! I started with a tour with less done to it than your mystique and the mod bug bites hard! Good luck to you!
