Well my ride was stolen late Saturday night. They recovered it in Ontario sunday. According to the report, they were racing on a dead-end street, were going to fast to stop, they junped a curd and landed in a drit field. They stole all of my stereo equipment, a digital camera and other stuff out of my trunk. 3 busted rims, front bumber and side skirts anre gone, some damage to the front fenders. Broken glass on the rear left door along with scratch marks and an large dent on the door, above and below the window. The cops said there were a lot of footprints around the car. They took a polaroid of my shoe. I guess I'm, a suspect. But there wasnt a hld on my car and they released it to me. Does this mean it's over. Or do they continue the investigation?

sorry to hear about that, thats a bum deal. I hope you can replace it. I am not sure how attached you are to that particular car but I wonder if it would ever be the same. Best of luck.

They busted the winodw, thats how they got in. I dont think I armed the alarm, I just locked the doors. I dont remember, it was late when i got there and I just passed out.

damn man, im sorry to hear that, that F***ing sucks, i hope you can either get it fixed or get a new SVT, im sure the rest of us socal member will be glad to help beat the shiznit out of the arseholes who did that if you find them

did it have the standard ford keyless entry? i thought you couldnt start the car w/ out the key?

I dont know. A friend of mine who is a "retired" car boost told me that you can get a master key with the "chip" in it and it will start. Or justr a master key and an "emulator" he called it. Holding it close to the ignition while starting and it will start.
