My wife is the loan business and can give a substantial discount to anyone in MD area not sure on VA.Without saying #'s, she usually makes at least 1 percent(sometimes more depending on the loan) of entire loan and will be willing to split that with anyone who needs a loan or refers a loan that goes to settlement.example 400,000 would be 2,000 or more for you and could do more depending on type of loan.PM me for more details.
