yes the hot air did come on when the car is warm up and I know it is normal

the car is running normal and the temp stay at O and if i do turn the a/c on it was like either m or a." This is a symptom of the fans not coming on but you said that both your fans are working. Have you checked the coolant strength? ($5 tester from Autozone or Advance).
both high and low fan are working on my car and for normal driving the low fan should be on, unless if the outside tempture is too hot.

When I am idling in traffic without the a/c on, the temp does go up to A and then the fans come on and the temp goes down. But if I have the A/c on, it hardly goes up higher than R because the fans are on all the time.
same is my, it just when the temp outside was too humite and hot it will goes higher then m. Other then that, it say between o and a.
