My turbo sucks

I'm currently breaking in a ~400HP 350 in an '86 Monte Carlo. It's for a friend who's due back from Afghanistan in a couple of weeks. Believe me, it takes much restraint not to just POUND on it! The breakage of other things will begin soon enough.
