Here is a pic that shows one side of mine. I actually have had them this way for over a year now and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Mine weren't sprayed with a rattle can as I did them at the same time that I was repairing my bumper from when a wasted girl backed into me. However, I think that they would be just fine that way also as long as you take your time doing it.

Thanks for the pic. This looks good if you want to carry the trim line from the roof down to the hood. I think it looks good both ways body colored or black.

I think I'll leave mine stock and keep protectant on it for now since they are still in good condition.
