BTW... Fuses 37 and 23 are fine and I can feel the relay click on and off when I turn the switch from off to pannel. On the motor plug, I get full 12v when I select anything, doesn't matter what speed I set the fan to. When the heater control is off... I get 0v, when I turn it to pannel or anything else, it's full 12v.
