Its actually fairly simple, much easier than the other meathod I use.
You already have the back contoured area of your box made. If that area will hold the correct volume of water then you can set it on its back side on the ground and support it from the sides.. fill it with the correct volume of water. then take a marker and mark on the outside where the water level is... you then know where to cut and make the front of the box. you can even tilt the box and make the water sit at whatever angle you want your subs at.. You follow me?

Ok, I just explained the method to my madness but on a side note I have never used this meathod on a contour.. With the contours that you filled, the "bowl" shape is actually very shallow. And likely won't hold the water correctly.. forget what I said above.
