The In & Out is actually in Foothill Ranch on Lake Forest and Towne Center Drive. From the freeway going north you turn right and follow Lake Forest Drive inland about 4 miles until you reach Towne Center Drive. It is next to the Wal-Mart. Hopefully this will make it a little easier to find for those of you who don't live in Saddleback Valley.
