What: a T-Red SVT with the E1 wheels, tinted rear windows
Where: in East Peoria along rt 116 by the Par-A-Dice Casino
When: Tuesday July 4, about 4:10pm

Who was it? Driver was a caucasian male.

I was at the Shell station accross the street from the Casino getting gas (every Tuesday is $0.06/gal discount on premium at the McDonalds Shell stations). Otherwise I would have tried to flag you down to say 'Hi'.
