i sold my friend a pair of silver star 9006 and he put them in his acura legend. he says his lights keeps blinking every once in a while and he got pulled dover for it. ive never heard of headlights blinkign unless he got a bad conection. his lights take hb4 and hb5 wich is a lower wattage could that be why? and he says only one side does it.

stereo system with a sub drawing too much? had this before i put in a cap, looks like i was flashing my highs all the time

or your higher wattage bulbs are drawing too much since the system wasnt designed for them, id assume this is your problem

he said hes going to take them out and give them back now i have to find someone else to buy them.

I have Sylvania Cool Blue headlights in my Contour. I have the stock high beams,but have modified 9005 (high beam) Cool Blues to fit in the low beams. They're bright and work just fine,but when I turn my high beams on,the high beams flicker,almost like a strobing effect from every rotation of the belt. But if I turn my blower motor on it stops....

But your friend drives a Honda,so that's his first problem to look into.
