A few of us met a guy at the All Ford Nationals in Carlisle that does powder coating. I thought I would pass the information along to anyone that might be interested.
The company name is Alright Powder Coating. The gentlman that owns the shop is Ronald. He does this as a side business and his work looked good to me. I saw his car and the work he had done to it.
IIRC, he is in the Pittsburgh area. The number to reach him is: 724-282-7734 or you can email him at: RGAUL67@ remove me first zoominternet.net.
Nice guy, we chatted for a while about the work that he does.
So, if you're in the market for some powder coating work give him a shout.

What is the quality of his work? I am looking to get my calipers rebuilt and powder coated.

I saw his car, the powder coating he did to it and it looked good to me. I'm not sure if Paul, Brian (Brapple) or MattR looked at his car but if they did I'm sure they will jump in with their thoughts.

His car did look good, nice quality. His prices seemed incredibly reasonable when we were talking to him. I am going to send in my heat shield and battery tie down to him as soon as I get some money.

I don't recall looking to closely but I didn't see anything that was bad or out of place. He seemed pretty nice also, all I remember hearing him talk about was the furnace he built to do the powdercoating, iirc he said it would fit a motorcycle frame.

True, his prices were reasonable.

I thought he was a real nice guy too. His father was there also and he seemed nice.
I remember him talking about the furnace that would fit the motorcycle frame. OK, so who is going to be the first to try out his services. All of my powder coating is done for right now or I would go first.

I'll do it, I'm gonna send him an email and see how much he wants for the battery tie down. I still have his business card in my wallet from the show.
