you got to be kidding me, sure dont look easy, i also have 98 2.0 auto that i'm pretty sure needs the mount replaced.
is there a howto on this board ?

if it shakes in excess, id say motor/tranny mount, but zetecs are naturally rough. mine, and others that have asked about the problem in the past, have all been just rough zetec idle.

I guess the consensus is bad tranny mount - I'll get that checked out asap. Other than that, the car seems fine despite its past life as a rental vehicle. But then car rental companys sometimes do a lot of maitenance and that can't be bad.

Anyway thanks for all the help guys - quick answers and comments always appreciated.
