Crazy neighbor is right. What happened to taking things into your own hands, and just talking to someone? I'd be willing to bet, if he asked to stop with the fireworks, it wouldn't have been a big deal. I personally don't want to start anything with my neighbors, and don't need the cops being called on me either. Nobody WANTS to cause trouble, so I'm sure it wouldn't have been no big deal to just call it a night.
On a side note, this is my first year(being in Indiana) experiencing daylights savings time. It doesn't even get dark until 10:00!!! Lighting off fireworks in broad daylight = teh suck!
