Since even the legal stuff is pretty noisy, for this neighbor to go ballistic over noise and getting it on camera, the cops must have figured (accurately) he was a jerk. If he was upset last night, he still has more noise to live through over the next two days, so he might get still more worked up.

But punching him, tackling him and going for the camera was waaaay overboard. Your buddy and his brother did not do themselves any favors in case there is a chapter II tonight, they've used up all the slack they're going to get.
