Wouldn't fastest mean highest top speed?
Quickest would mean lowest acceleration times.
Fast measures speed.
Quick measures time. If you do something quickly, you do it in a short amount of time- and not always necessarily at a high speed.
I don't think an RS200 is faster than a McLaren F1 or TVR Speed 12.
