You aren't missing a dam thing. There are no speed limits out here, just speed suggestions. There aren't enough officers to patrol the expressways. 80 mph is the average 90 not a problem but try to stay under 100. And remember it's a dry heat. Yeah right. Sorry to butt in guys.
