since its an auto i would recommend doing a drain and fill. alot of times if you flush a high mileage trans you end up takeing out all the little particles that are still makeing it work. wiht that high of mileage i would actually begin to think aobut a rebuild (espically if your thinking about changing the fluid cause there is a problem)
