Who here is a fan of Riesling? Anyone have any recommendations? I have had probably around 15 varities by now, and the best 2 by far that I can recomment are Fetzer and Dr. Loosen, with the latter taking the cake.

Selbach '99 or older preferred...not the grocery store varieties
Also...locally, the Firehouse Winery in Geneva by the lake has a nice riesling, one of my favs

You'll have to try some yourself. Go to a good local wine distributor and ask for opinions of Rieslings. I prefer the sweet as opposed to the dry & semi sweet from Austria. If you like sweet try Piesporter.
