if your gonna be on the go look for centrino that would give you the best battery life asfar as the link you can find better for cheaper by todays standards 4hrs is middle of the range
don't skimp on laptops thats my advice
how much are ibm thinkpads going for theese days
if you get it though best buy get they extended 3yr warrenty program basicly after 3 months thell give you a new battery
they havent asked me for the old battery so now i have 3 battery's total and the warrenty paid for its self already
i can get a little over 7 hours using all the batteries
its nice
