HAHAHA, you think that's bad? Come to Wyoming county in PA! The river is going to crest at 38 feet tomorrow, IF it stops raining here, which it's not. The destruction is insane, I work for PennDOT fixing the roads, and this is gonna take all summer just to fix the main roads. One of our main roads has 5 feet of water on it, and the river is continuing to rise. Many people are flooded out already, and more are being evacuated, I've never seen anything this bad, and everyone is comparing it to the '72 flood which was one of the most destructive in the history of PA.
